By day, a mild-mannered computer geek. By night, well, a mild-mannered guitar and bass player. Kenny has been fooling around with guitars for almost 50 years – mostly for his own entertainment. He never really had the “rock star dream” of performing in front of an audience but he certainly has had the opportunity to do just that on a regular basis over the last 20 years!

While guitar was the primary instrument for most of those years, he picked up the bass in 2002 to play first with FiveTen, then The Transfusers. That evolved into more guitar work with Firewatch, Nine10, Stratford Crossing, KTR, SideTracked, FabCans, Lloyds, ARF, Nice Guys, and Welcome Drive.

The influences and inspirations are many and varied: Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Allman Brothers, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Cream, Jeff Beck, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Steely Dan, James Taylor… really too many to list!

He still plays with the same energy and joy that he remembers from age 14 when everything was new and exciting. It’s all about having fun making good music.
